The Winchester 41 with a Mordialloc Balcony facade is a great choice for the growing family. 11.01.2022 The Victorian Budget was announced last week and there is some great news for new home buyers! - A new $15,000 Home Builder Grant has been created for new contracts from January 1, 2021, to March 31, 2021 - An extended deadline on the Home Builder grant for all applications to be submitted, the current submission (previously December 31 2020) has been extended to April 14 2021. - An increase on the property price cap from $750,000 to $850,000... - The $20,000 regional FHOG has been extended until June 30 2021 - Stamp duty concessions for purchases from 25th November to 30th June 2021 with 50% discount for land and off the plan purchases For more information head into a Kingsbridge display home and speak to one of our friendly consultants.

03.01.2022 The First Home Loan Deposit Scheme has been extended to July 31 2021. This scheme allows first home buyers to get a home loan without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) fees. The Australian Government will act as the mortgage insurer guaranteeing home loans for eligible first home buyers with a minimum deposit of 5% of the property value.
