25.01.2022 I made a custom made theatre wall unit that I blocked out a window behind it. I also designed for her a picture frame with shadowlines, to be painted white. This luxury apartment in West Perth now has a lot more value on it. I also recessed the T.V brackets so there hidden away. She wanted it so it can be pulled out on the angle. So she can watch while cooking. She is so so happy and told me it's her Masterpiece.

24.01.2022 A really bad old ceiling that wasn't level I had to use a lot of screws and back block the inside ceiling to to give it extra strength. All done by hand old school ways came up beautiful.

19.01.2022 Kings ceilings & Renovations. This home the owners had a rangehood installed by electrician. There was no flumes meaning ventilation,for the exhaust to escape. The old system died as full of moisture and cooking fat. I installed a new rangehood and dropped the ceiling and fully grouted it in. It will be very strong now and not be sloppy/ moving around. Other trades wouldn't go as far as this. I even put 2 flumes on the roof with double breathing out. They had a window lock that wouldn't open. So I removed it as very important when your deep frying is must have window open.

17.01.2022 Please be careful who your builder is this is ceiling job I had to flush for someone else.As you can see there is no timbers in the corners and trimmers on the end of gyprock sheet. This in tradesmen words is called a dog's ear, as it has no support at all and will eventually cause cracking. Builders will lie to you and say it's just movement,they like to say settling cracks. Please don't be fooled it's not structural? I can personally advise you on any home. So you don't have to go with the downfalls of this.

14.01.2022 A Delux home by a big builder there wasn't any timbers trimmers in the roof done properly? Also no cement in the render was very soft and drummy. It was full of no more gap by builder painter. I had to do properly and cut it out free of dust and tuck point under fancy cornices and glass in huge holes. Also the bricklayer was sloppy he didn't mud up his bricks properly so it opened up and cracked. Even the lounge room had massive crack running down wall. As you can see the bricks are not tied in properly? I had to glass and mesh in, problem solved.I also chase out walls and power points in all plastered up properly.

09.01.2022 This is a high raked ceiling with the panel look with negative detail shadow lines to give a sharp look. I also did all the walls the same came out spectacular and I used Kwik coat painters by Johnny and Steve Higgins 0404484184.

08.01.2022 What's wrong with some carpenters all this timber left out all around the corners. Which we call dogs ears. No wonder the ceiling was all coming down? I had to put all new timber trimmers in today. And then I noticed all the plumbing water pipes were never clipped down? This causes water hammer, that banging when you put the water on. So I clipped it all down. Most trades would have left it, not me Kingi you Beauty, I fixed it. The poor owners said we hated that noise lol.

06.01.2022 This was a home in Wembley done by a renowned builder as I can not mention his name. As you can see there is no cement plaster under the beads/shadowlines they are only stapled on which have rusted and given way with minimal plaster on them. The home was double the price I would charge I can not believe they get away with this shonky workmanship? My job is to fix what I can so the owner can sell quickly. Please be careful and insist to your builder who you want to do your job. As this will be the result of your luxury home very sad indeed.

06.01.2022 I fully designed this sky light room to bring a ample feeling glow about it. All masterly done by hand , no machines. Fancy Cornice seffits to keep the flow of the room going around.
