20.01.2022 It was a great day out for our Ladies League tag players. We entered teams in the 14s, 16s and Opens divisions. All teams were undefeated and crowned champions of FNC. It was so great to see our students participating in school sport again and even better to achieve what they all did. Well done ladies.

11.01.2022 Is your business able to provide just one day's work experience for someone living with disability? BUSY AccessAbility Day is based on the Australian Government's annual AccessAbility Day and aims to connect persons with a disability to work experience opportunities. During the week commencing 30th November until the 3rd December we are asking local businesses to register and get behind this important initiative. You can host a work experience day during the week 30th-3rd Dec...ember or if it suits your business better, the following week is fine too. Why be involved? Just one day can mean so much to someone who would like to focus on their abilities and try their hand in a workplace. And who knows? Your business may actually be impressed enough to offer further opportunities to this person. That one day in your workplace could change a person's confidence, attitude, and possibly their life! By participating your business has nothing to lose and everything to gain including: insights into how capable a person with a disability can really be; insights and education for your staff regarding accessibility and diversity in your work place; education on government incentives and support if considering employing someone with a disability; and if willing, promotion through BUSY Ability media channels as an equal opportunity employer. About BUSY Ability BUSY Ability provide job placement support for persons with disability, illness or injury. We’ve been supporting local job seekers into work for over 30 years and are part of The BUSY Group Ltd who provide a range of recruitment, apprenticeship support and skills training programs. 04.01.2022 This week the Year 12 Ancient History class had the opportunity to speak with the archaeologists working on site. Much insight was gained into how to become an archaeologist, how archaeologists do their job, what happens when items of significance are uncovered and how they work with the local community.
