19.01.2022 A few more recording "(not) parkruns" this week. Lovely to see some pbs'- its not so easy running on your own. So virtual high fives to Alys, Dawn and Jo for doing that. The motivation was high for female athletes this week, only 1/6 males. Come on guys dont be shy! Top recording parkruns are showing in the 50's so we only need another 40 or so. As a comparison to our sister parkrun at Kirra, and just for fun I noticed- we equalled their numbers 6, and smashed the average time 34.23 v 28.57 ( Go Kingy) https://www.parkrun.com.au/kingscliff/results/notparkrun/

13.01.2022 Sharing from Kingscliff social runners and walkers page. Just to say we are still running and walking, and have become a little more structured. We adhere to social distancing guidelines. ... On Wednesdays we do a 45 minute more structured set. Either, Hills- the dreaded water tower repeats. Intervals or a handicapped "easy out faster back" 6-7km. We meet at Cudgen Surf club car park at 7.30am. Walkers do their own thing. We have a coffee in "Kettles On" afterwards. All abilities welcomed. On Saturdays a slower longer run depending on who turns up. Typically up to 10km, but could be longer /shorter. Usually an hour or so. Meet at Shinny Brew in South Kingscliff on Ocean Ave. 7.30am. All abilities welcomed.

11.01.2022 Here are the results from "Not" parkrun this week. Hi All, dont forget there is always this challenge to keep you motivated. Just need to follow the link on your email and record your time- doesn't even have to be on a Saturday. Katie , was first finisher this week, and said she nearly vomited- so there's a challenge for you. First park runner to vomit wins! ( prize is a brown paper bag)

10.01.2022 Happy Tuesday All, Here are the results from (not) parkrun. Our largest field so far 5! Ladies leading the way 4/5. The link below does work. Its a clean slate too, so you can get a new pb. Any 5km counts even treadmills. Have fun out there and stay safe.

10.01.2022 (not) parkrun results Only 4 recorded , but well done all who ran and recorded. Katie took a NPR PB. You do not have to run on a Saturday, and ANY 5km counts even treadmill ones. Enjoy your week everyone.
