20.01.2022 Shock Wave Therapy Our Physiotherapists are trained and experienced to treat with an EMS Swiss Dolorclass Smart 20 shock wave machine. Shock wave has been proven most effective in clinical trials. It is included in the cost of the consult but we are also happy to see new clients only for shock wave. Shock wave as the name suggests in a mechanical sound wave that when traveling through the human body is faster than the speed of sound. It is created through compressed air which... is then delivered through a transmitter. Clinically there is strong evidence to support its use in achilles tendinopathy and planter fasciitis and emerging evidence of its helpfulness in all tendinopathy. Clinically we use it in both acute and chronic tendinopathy and have found it provides immediate pain relief and improved the tissues response to progressive loading protocols. Frequency protocols are for one session per week over four weeks. See more

11.01.2022 Pilates Update As from 1st December our casual classes will increase to $30/class. Pre-paid sessions (purchased in a block of 10) will remain at $25/class. ... Please be aware that most clients are now using the online booking system and are pre-booking classes up to three months in advance. Whilst reception is trying to assist with your bookings, please endeavour to use the online system to avoid the disappointment of missing out on future classes due to such high demand.
