19.01.2022 Our awesome Senior Band performing for the first time this year at the Salt Markets yesterday!!!! It was wonderful to be performing again and we all loved it. A huge thank you to our KIMP roadies who helped transport gear down and back...first job for the year and you were fantastic! Thank you too to our fabulous percussion teacher Mr Walsh and our KIMP Manager Miss McMahon!!!! Congratulations musicians, we are all so proud of you!!!!

07.01.2022 We were so lucky today to have a visit from one of our ex KIMP students Hendrix Haimalainen and his friend and fellow trumpeter Harvey Hendrix started his trumpet career in Year 3 with KIMP. At the end of Year 6 he auditioned and was accepted into the prestigious Victorian College of the Arts of the Arts in Melbourne where he has just finished Year 10. It was a wonderful opportunity for our KIMP students to hear some beautiful playing and ask the boys some questions. Yes we did ask how much practice they do each day...answer - 2 hours a day!

07.01.2022 Colour Run Postponed Unfortunately, the Colour Run has been postponed due to the organisers not being able to travel to the Tweed Shire. It will be rescheduled for next term sometime. We will advise of the new date once it has been organised.... We know this is disappointing news, however the event will be rescheduled at a time when all can attend. To finish off this term, we will continue with the special Canteen orders that have been pre-ordered for tomorrow and students are to wear mufti clothing. Thank you for a great term. We hope everyone enjoys the holidays.
