01.01.2022 Public Notice: Stage 2 - Car park update Dear valued Customers & Tenants, As we enter the End of January we will recommence Construction works on Site as of Next Tuesday the 28th January 2020 this stage is expected to run continuously through until April 2020. ... It’s important that we update you with this Notice and ask you the community for Assistance. There are expectations of possible interruptions that will exist with the commencement of this Next Stage 2 of development. We anticipate during January - March that the Turnock st entry will need to be CLOSED for all Local traffic. This arrangement will need to stay enforced for most of this duration of construction phased works. Barriers and Signage will be visible and so we need you all to assist us through this transition and ONLY ACCESS the Pearl Street entry during this time. Once again, we thank you for your patience and understanding during these improvements to deliver a better and more functionable car park. Happy New Year!!
