14.01.2022 We have limited numbers of Free-range turkeys from Deutschers Free-range & Heritage Breed farm in Western Victoria Daryl Deutscher is considered to raise the tastiest turkeys in the country . The turkeys are processed on the farm, so there’re spared the stress of transport . The turkeys live on open-range farm, free of antibiotics and preservatives . Best turkey you will taste !

14.01.2022 What’s for dinner tonight ? How about this Grass-fed Standing rib roast Generously cover all sides of rib roast with salt and pepper. Place roast in a roasting pan fat-side up. Arrange half the rosemary in the bottom of the pan around the roast. Roast 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and cook 1 hour 30 minutes more for medium rare. ... Remove roast from oven, cover with foil, and let rest 20 minutes. To serve, slice along ribs to remove them, then separate each rib and put them aside. Slice the roast crossways against the grain. Serve on a platter with the ribs and remaining half fresh rosemary. See more

10.01.2022 Free-range pork cutlets (quick & easy for dinner tonight ) Preheat the grill on high Pop under the grill for 5 mins to crisp up the crackling (keep an eye on them ! ) ... Season the cutlets with salt & pepper, score the remaining fat, then sit the cutlets together fat edges down in a large cold non-stick frying pan Place on a high heat for 3-4 minutes, or until golden & the fat has rendered out.
