23.01.2022 Taekwondo Australia is excited to announce the running of a series of Extreme Taekwondo Tricking Seminars in conjunction with Tricking Australia. Freestyle Poomsae is now a WTF event at the World Championships and Tricking is a skill you will want to have to be competitive in this new and exciting competition. In 2013 Extreme Taekwondo Tricking will be introduced as a new division at the Australian Taekwondo Festival. Our seminar series kick off on 16 June in New South Wales ...with further seminars scheduled for Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. 20.01.2022 Hi guys, I want to share this workout with you: make sure you do and complete one major segment per day, everyday.... Sunday you get a rest. start off by doing each set of each exercise with rest periods until you complete the entire workout.... (50 push ups - rest - 50 push ups - rest - 50 push up - rest) next do a minor interval, say do ONE SET of 2 or three different workouts. (Push ups - Side delt raises - bicep curls - Rest and repeat) as you advance, you can do it in the form of an interval, as in you do one set of ALL the exercises, and then rest, before you embark of another set of ALL exercises. (Side delt raises - push ups - bicep curls - pull ups - back delt raises - bench press - Front Delt raises - Rest and Repeat)

10.01.2022 Taekwondo Australia is sending a team to the Daedo International which will be contested in Florida, USA from 27-29 September 2013. This event will be unique because it will be the first to use the Daedo Electronic Head Gear. The first round of TAPS offers were sent out last week to Senior and Junior male and female athletes who are ranked in the top four in their group. Several athletes have indicated an inability to attend and therefore a second round of offers will be dist...ributed this week. If you are interested in attending the event as part of the Australian Team, please register your interest with the National Sports Committee Manager, Kelly Malachowski by Friday 2 August 2013 via email to [email protected]. Anticipated costs are $3,150 (airfares $2,300, accommodation $250, meals $300, insurance $100, team fit-out $200).
