22.01.2022 Hi everyone, sharing 3 cards I made using the Zany Zebras stamp set. The focal point of these cards are the backgrounds made using cardstock scraps. I was inspired to make these scrap cardstock backgrounds from a post by Connie Stewart. Connie demonstrated the circle background which got me inspired to see what other backgrounds can be made using cardstock scraps. So off to Pinterest to see what I could find, and there are so many different ideas. The background on the f...irst card I cased from Connie Stewart, the background on the second card is my creation and the background on the 3rd card I cased from Jennifer McGuire. I did not have to go far to get a heap of cardstock scraps, I have heaps of them. I decided on a colour combination of Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana, Flirty Flamingo and Mango Melody. The card designs and layouts are my creations. I love these Zany Zebras and they give a fun finish to the cards. Perfect for cards for the little people in our lives.

19.01.2022 Hi everyone, sharing two projects I made using the Game On stamp set and some of the In Good Taste Elements. I have a heap of the small wooden crosses and circles from these elements, I have used all the leaves on previous projects. I have been trying to think of ways to use these on cards as I do not want to waste them. This is what I came up with. When I was growing up we called this game Noughts and Crosses but not sure if this is the correct name. I made two versions o...f the card, just adding the pack of cards image to one of the them. The patterned paper is from the Well Suited Designer Series Paper pack available in the current January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue. I thought that this was a fun way of using these small pieces from the In Good Taste Elements.

07.01.2022 Hi everyone, welcome to Day 11 of the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper projects. I have used the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set along with the Poinsettia Dies, Stitched So Sweetly Dies and Ornate Frame Dies. The card base is Whisper White Thick cardstock. The patterned paper from the Feels Like Frost Designer Series paper is matted onto a piece of Basic Black cardstock cut at 5.5cm x 14.8cm and then adhered to the card front.... The Basic Black Stitched Scalloped Rectangle is cut using the largest die in Stitched So Sweetly Dies. A piece of Whisper White cardstock was cut at 9.2cm x 6cm and then embossed using the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder. The poinsettia and foliage were cut using the Poinsettia Dies. The sentiment was white heat embossed on a piece of Basic Black cardstock before being cut using the die from the Ornate Frames Dies. Some of the Wonderful Gems were added to finish the card front. Hope you enjoyed the projects from Day 11 of the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper projects.

07.01.2022 Hi everyone, welcome to Day 12 and the final day of the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper projects. The stamp set I have used is Itty Bitty Greetings along with the Forever Flourishing Dies. The card base is Blackberry Bliss cardstock. The background strip behind the centre panel is a piece of Whisper White cardstock cut at 5cm x 10.5cm which was embossed with the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder. The centre Whisper White mat has been cut at 8cm x 12.3cm. ... The leaf die cut piece was created using Whisper White cardstock and the die from the Forever Flourishing Dies. A piece of the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon was added behind the sentiment. The sentiment was white heat embossed on a strip of Blackberry Bliss cardstock before one end was cut on a diagonal. The two long strips are for decorating the inside of the cards. You will get 2 cards from each sheet of patterned paper, so this is 8 cards from the 4 sheets in the Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper Pack. I hope you enjoy today's projects. They are quick and easy to make and suitable for any occasion, you just need to change the sentiment.

06.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone, hoping 2021 is a lot better than 2020. I had a little play today with the retiring Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper. My New Year's resolution is to use the Designer Series Paper in my stash (haha, we will see how long this lasts). Off to a good start today, made 11 cards. Some were the same design as I worked out a cutting plan to get the most out of my paper without a lot of left overs. I hate left overs. Managed 10 cards from one 12" x 12". These are off to work tomorrow for our cards sales for our Cancer Council Relay for Life Team fundraising.

02.01.2022 Hi everyone, sharing a little sneak peek of the Sweet Ice Cream Bundle. For my card I have used the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set, Ice Cream Cone Builder Punch and the Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper.
