21.01.2022 KPMC-Hillside came together, separately, to proudly support #RUOKDAY ( September 10) today. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and circumstances have made it even more important for us all to stay connected and, for those who are able, be willing to support those around us. If you feel like somethings not quite the same with a friend, family member or workmate, trust that gut instinct and take the time to ask them Are you OK? If someone says theyre not OK, know...ing what to say next can help them open up and find pathways to support long before theyre in crisis. That conversation could change, or even save, their life. For more information and resources visit ruok.org.au If you would like to speak to your GP, call us on 9217 9400 or book an appointment online.
