02.01.2022 Right Way/Wrong Way: we see people making this common mistake quite frequently - they dont keep the pad flat against the paint when using the DA Power System (...or other buffers, for that matter). It is really important to keep the pad flat when polishing paint so that you keep uniform pressure, and therefore uniform cut, throughout your defect removal process. Youll notice in the "wrong" image the tool is perpendicular to the ground, but in the "right" image its perpendicular to the paint. This attention to detail can make all the difference when trying to remove swirls and other defects from your paint. See more
