22.01.2022 Old Crystal Waters block of 6 flats demolished today.

22.01.2022 Tenants moved out yesterday. Trees cut down last week. Construction Fencing erected this morning. Electricity gets cut off next. Then demolition starts.

20.01.2022 Choosing external building colours for final Building Approval from Council. Colourbond colours surf mist and monument chosen.

19.01.2022 Basement excavated half way down while anchors are drilled into the sheet piling to secure them. Once anchors installed, basement will be excavated fully.

18.01.2022 Builders are drilling about 200 holes 600mm wide around the basement perimeter in preparation for sheet piling then excavation of basement.

18.01.2022 Photos taken yesterday. The first batch of concrete has been poured. The largest pit is the bottom of elevator shaft. The other two smaller pits, which will be under floor of basement, are used for basement drainage and will host a sump pump.
