13.01.2022 Dear all my loved customers, as one local senior chef recommended, I will introduce local style garlic king prawn ( I always used raw green king prawn) and blac...k paper beef, which just add additional thick cream and little chili. And since my satay sauce is popular, I will introduce chicken and beef skewer, the price is $6.5 for two pieces. Today someone curiously asked me that my Chinese is local Chinese or authentic Chinese? exactly it is mixed Chinese. Since the platform of my Chinese, in other word, the system, is good, whatever raw material, especially I focus to use local high quality raw material, put inside, the final products would be good, that why my Chinese also got good feedback from Chinese tourists. Next week, Monday will be open whole day and Tuesday closed, since I will go back to Adelaide. Another issue is my friend who run a shop in Rundle mall in Adelaide, after he moved to Brisbane and closed his shop, some of the Southeast Asia style shoes and clothing sold to me in $1 each which my friend sold them in $9 each, totally more than 150 items. My previous purpose to handle them as free gift to customers who are interested in, Now I decide to sell them in $2 each at my shop, all the money donate to fire affected area through council. 10.01.2022 Dear all my loved customers, today I met a local who told me she loved chinese while she only preferred diabetic meals and maybe a big need in town. So from nex...t week I will introduce one or two special meal mainly used: 1, bitter gourd; 2, celery; 3, black fungus; 4, onion; 5, pumpkin; 6, carrot; 7, bok choy etc vegetables, and little beef or chicken or king prawn, with little vegetable oil, little garlic, ginger and little salt and without sugar to stirred fry. 02.01.2022 Dear all my loved customers, good morning, very sorry for any inconvenience last night Chinese closed since my car unfortunately crash with other on the highway... near Mt Barker yesterday afternoon. Today I will introduce congee which is cooked with thigh bone of pork and peanut and rice for about 4 hours. Price of small size:$3.9; big size:$7.9; if add meat or seafood, price come up to as showed on the menu. Welcome to try. By the way, this Sunday Chinese will be closed since I will go back to Adelaide to held a party for my younger son’s birthday and will open next Monday dinner and next Tuesday lunchtime instead.
