19.01.2022 As our community begins to open up we are continuing our increased cleaning measures in response to COVID-19. When you come into the clinic we'll ask you to use hand sanitizer. Our practitioners are cleaning their hands and treatment tables between each patient.... Common surfaces are being cleaned regularly throughout the day. We've spaced out our appointments to avoid having too many people in the waiting room at one time. We can make provisions for you to wait outside or in your car until your practitioner is ready for you - just let us know. As always, please contact us if you have any questions.

12.01.2022 Just thinking about integration of work with the other aspects of life feels so much more manageable that the ever-allusive "balance."
11.01.2022 Eve is demonstrating what not to do when sitting! This is a really common posture that can lead to neck and shoulder pain and headaches. Next is a great exercise for keeping your head aligned above your spine. Start sitting or standing upright and place a finger on your chin as a guide. Now pull your chin and neck straight back into a chin tuck position. You should feel a good stretch at the base of your head and neck. Hold for 5 seconds, repeat 5-10 times. It's fantastic to do if you sit all day! If you're not sure if you're doing it correctly check with your practitioner.
11.01.2022 On Saturday we said goodbye to Ryan who has left the clinic to pursue other challenges. We'll miss you Ryan, but we wish you all the best in your future endeavours!!

At that point a few stretches, or some massage ball releases may be all that's needed to stop your back pain in it's tracks. What is your body trying to tell you today?
