24.01.2022 To all my valued customers. Yes, this is another spiel regarding COVID-19. For everyone right now, the health and safety of your families is TOP priority! I just want to reassure everyone of the extra precautions I am and will be taking on every booking made with me in these concerning times. Hygiene measures carried out inside your vehicle: each time I need to access the inside of your vehicle I will be wearing gloves, I also will be wiping down things such as steering wheel...s, gear sticks, inside door handles after I have finished each job with sterilising wipes. (Im packing some heavy duty, hospital grade, black market kind of wipes on me guys! ) Hygiene measures taken with your car keys: each customers car keys will be sprayed before handed back to you. Arrival to your vehicle/greeting clients: As this may be a very anxious time for many, I am more then happy to discuss any matters via phone call if you are feeling uncomfortable in anyway with face to face discussions. I am also happy for any concerned customers to leave their keys in a hidden location that will only be discussed with me and I will return them to that same location after your service is completed following the exact same hygiene procedures stated above. I will contact you via phone once I have arrived and left. Self hygiene: I will reassure everyone that I am also practicing my own self hygiene protocols which Im taking very seriously. - I am forever sanitising my hands between jobs - My uniforms are washed daily. - I do practice social distancing - and my own vehicle is kept clean and sanitised for my own protection along with my tools. As many of you know, I have a family which involves 2 very young kids and a wife so the health and safety of myself is very important. I am still taking bookings so please feel free to call me if you have any further concerns.
