17.01.2022 A small renovation in Kojonup where we removed a wall to turn two rooms into one and open the lounge room up giving plenty more space and room for activities! The first photo shows the original far wall which was removed, allowing the north facing French doors to let in the winter sun, fill the lounge with natural light and open up the view to the garden.

12.01.2022 We have been busy bees lately and haven't had much time to post on Facebook! With what you ask? Well, a bit of everything Shearing shed maintenance, ongoing client projects, new verandahs/patios, concreting, odd jobs and even a bit of jarrah furniture for home . Not to mention a quick trip to Darwin and back to move the wife home!

08.01.2022 Setting up at our latest job 30x15m shed with a 6m lean to for a client In Beverly

06.01.2022 One of our latest jobs has been an insurance claim completed for a local farmer who lost part of his shed which came down in an accident. We used rough sawn jarrah materials from a local supplier to keep with the original broad axed timber posts and beams. Over a bit of time, the old and new will tie in together nicely! We are now onto the next job for the same farmer, which is installing a new 15m x 9m open ended shed. Photos to follow once completed - the winter weather is making things a little difficult but that's nothing to complain about. While dams are being filled and crops are being watered, these rainy days are filled with completing inside jobs for other customers.

05.01.2022 At Kinsmans Constructions we hold ourselves to a high standard, so there's nothing better then having repeat clients! We've been back in kulikup the last couple of days installing a 6x6m gable end, free standing carport kit from Stratco for Nigel & Renee. Enjoy the extra space guys! But that's not all...we are also moving along with renovations on a family house in Dinninup and are busy helping out with some finishing touches on a beautiful rammed earth house just around the corner. These projects will be finished in the coming weeks and we can't wait to share a few photos with you. 05.01.2022 Eneabba's latest baaarber shop has been erected! The team has built yet another shed, this time one which is 24m x 15m x 4.5m. But, the job didn’t finish there. We took an empty shed and turned it into a ready to use 5 stand shearing shed with space for a 6th stand if needed in the future. Rough sawn jarrah sub floor with beveled jarrah grating and tongue and groove jarrah flooring for the board, it’s a shed we expect to stand the test of time. ... The holding pens are constructed of cattle rail and to make life easier for all, we used DSY Engineering slide and swing gates and sloped catching pens to help with dragging out. The size of the shed has given the farmer 180ms squared of holding pens with the remaining 180ms squared being the board and wool room.
