19.01.2022 Its an ongoing process for me to learn how to rid myself of old thought patterns and programming that doesn't serve me. Sometimes I find it liberating to let go and other times it feels safer to live with what I know, no matter how destructive it is. When I've truly had enough of the old story I'll make the decision to turn the page.
