19.01.2022 Hello everybody, Now that the holiday season has ended and the weather is settling down it's time for Kinzoku Zen classes to resume. Class times are MON/WED/FRI 4:30pm-6pm Located at 19 Waugh St (until numbers are high enough to warrant a larger venue).... All classes are free and all body/fitness types are catered for with adaptive class structure. If you're looking to start Martial Arts, or are already a practitioner and want to try something different, then maybe Kinzoku Zen is for you. For any inquires you can contact me via this page or call Jacob #0423932898. Welcome to the new year and always remember; you climb the mountain one step at a time.

19.01.2022 Top Training Tip; Practice. Practice every technique you are shown until it becomes second nature, and then some. Muscle memory is a key aspect of Martial Arts, and could be the difference between victory or defeat.

19.01.2022 Top Training Tip: when doing Push-ups, point your chin towards the ground. This has two major benefits, it opens your airway allowing for easier breathing and it helps with balance.

14.01.2022 Christmas is here, and so are the accompanying food and festivities. Don't let your merriment slow your personal progress. You can be the best, even after a few eggnogs.

12.01.2022 Top Training Tip: Drink water often during training, but not excessively. You want to keep hydrated but you don't want to waterlog yourself. 300-600mls over a 1hr session is plenty.
