17.01.2022 Our two eldest chicks! You can see they have lost some of their baby feathers, and their adult blue feathers will become increasingly prominent. All baby feathe...rs must be gone before they can enter the water as they are not waterproof. Soon we will lose them as their time to fledge is near. See more

14.01.2022 This week's photos are from a very special place. This is our Uncle George's place, we have seen this spectacle grow from a small structure to the awesome castl...e it has grown in to now. If you ever get a chance to go to Kangaroo Island you must check out Georges's Castle. Uncle George is quite the character and very welcoming to visitors, you can find the castle on the North Coast Rd at Wisanger. I just managed to get these shots within the allowable drone flight limits I hope you like them as I have posted lots. See more

03.01.2022 8 months on from the bushfires that brought us so many rescues, Harrison here came in with fresh burns after walking through a burn off. He has been with us for... just under a month and has now gone back to the wild after finishing his treatment earlier this week. Huge shout out to our local KI Vet Clinic for all your help with this feisty fella. See more
