18.01.2022 Just so everyone can see if this stuff works, this is my progress so far. There's about a year between these photos. Although I've lost some weight and put on some muscle, for me the biggest change is mentally. My outlook on life and what opportunities it presents are so much different, and for those that know me well they will agree. I'm not quite where I want to be, but I'm happy with how far I've come so far. This shows anything is possible when you have the support of a great community behind you, and the best nutrition around available to you.
