This gorgeous dish is from a cooking experience tonight and is a great example of using the Thermomix as part of a BBQ dinner party. We used the Meater+ for this dish and it was cooked to perfection!

09.01.2022 Cheap Tuesdays ( OK, technically Wednesday) , 'Fussy Eaters' meal, is always a hit! I swap the mushrooms for chicken thigh and frozen peas & corn, sometimes I sneak in a little extra thickened cream or creme fraiche. Delicious and super cheap! ... 05.01.2022 Are you the parent to a young baby, or planning on it? I had seen the old TM31 thermo years ago and always knew that I would 'one day' buy a thermomix. I can't even imagine how less stressful those first 8 months would have been, if that 'one day' had been sooner. ... A lovely lady, said to me yesterday, that she couldn't imagine how parents survived without a Thermomix. I survived, but I was often one handed, had very little time (or energy) to prepare healthy meals (there was a lot of Uber eats) and I found meal planning to be wishful thinking. My kitchen was cluttered with Sterilisers, bottle warmers, blenders, vegetable cutters and food processors. How much simpler and easier it all could have been. I am so glad I reached out and asked to see the Thermomix over a zoom call, 10 minutes in I knew I had to have one. I am happy to show anyone the TM6, over zoom, anytime. It can be just for fun, just to see what people are talking about, or ask me any questions you have.
