16.01.2022 ‘Hot Chocolate Bombs’ were all the rage this Christmas, so Miss Teen decided to make some for some cousins presents. As usual, she didn’t use a recipe, so her Method loosely translates to; Melt chocolate into small silicon moulds (we used mini muffin pan from Woolies) x 3 layers, with cooling/freezing between layers. ... 08.01.2022 Kirl’s Caramilk Vanilla Slice Ingredients * 2 x 200g Arnott's Lattice Biscuit * 2 x 180g Cadbury Caramilk Chocolate, broken into pieces... * 300g milk * 2 x 600g pure cream (pouring/whipping) * 2 x 100g Cottee’s Instant Vanilla Pudding *Also delicious without a glaze. Method Glaze Part 1 1. Chop 1 pack of chocolate for 5 sec on Speed 8. 2. Add 250g cream and heat for 3 min, 50 degrees, Speed 3. 3. Set aside to cool. 4. Do not wash the Tmx bowl! Filling Part 1 1. Chop the other pack of chocolate for 5 sec, Speed 8. 2. Add 300gm milk and heat for 5 min, 50 degrees, Speed 3 3. Let cool in the bowl. Base 1. Line a rectangle tin with baking paper. The large rose-gold tray is perfect. 2. Arrange 1 pack of Lattice biscuits, glaze side down, on the paper. Filling Part 2 1. Add the remaining 950gm cream to the cooled filling and both packs of Instant Pudding to the Tmx bowl and mix for 1.5mins on Speed 4. 2. If needed, let it rest for 1min to thicken. 3. Spread filling over biscuits in tray and smooth flat. 4. Top with the other pack of Biscuits, lining up with bottom biscuits to form sandwiches. 5. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set. Glaze Part 2 Spread the cooled glaze over the slice and refrigerate until serving.

01.01.2022 Filling the freezer needs a little planning. At least 1 Tmx and 2-3 hrs of cooking can produce this many meals easily.
