24.01.2022 Exciting News! Tomorrow, Tuesday 21 July we will be opening our Northern Amenities for toilets only. We have been working extremely hard to facilitate this and are happy that weve come up with a way that is feasible for the park while adhering to the QLD Health Management Plan. We now feel comfortable and confident that we can deliver a safe environment for our guests and staff. If all works well we will be looking at opening our showers in the following few weeks.... 13.01.2022 A few weeks ago we announced that we will be emailing Pre-check in information to all our upcoming guests the day before their arrival. This has worked very well for some, making their check in much quicker, however, there have been instances where others have received an error upon clicking the link or havent seen the email at all because it has gone to their junk folder. We have had our Reservation System checked and we have set up everything correctly, so for some, ...due to certain security settings, they havent had any success. Perhaps try using a different device or different browser and hopefully this will work as you may have different security settings on each. Also, make sure you check your junk folder as our email may end up there. If none of this works then you are still able to do the old school paper copy version when you arrive at Reception to check in. Finally, if you do want to take advantage of our pre-check in and have no troubles logging in, then you will be required to make payment in full at the time of completing the pre-check in. Any questions, please give us a call. Thanks.

13.01.2022 Want to make your check in process much quicker and easier? Should you have a booking with us, youll receive an email the day before arrival asking you to complete your pre-check in forms. This is our normal Guest Registration Form which has you acknowledging your stay with us and confirming that you have read the park rules. The second is the COVID Declaration that everyone is required to complete prior to check in now. And finally you can make your final payment. By doing this the day before all we have to do at check in is get a copy of your drivers licence and then give you your boomgate code.
