05.01.2022 The changing weather can affect your asthma. An asthma flare up can come on slowly, over hours or even days. It can come on quickly over minutes. It's important to always carry a puffer in case you need it quickly. If someone is experiencing any signs, start asthma first aid. Do not wait until asthma is severe. It's important to get your asthma checked regularly with a Doctor and to have an asthma plan.

05.01.2022 A friendly reminder that if you are entering Kirrae building and surrounding area, you must still be wearing a mask! You don’t have to wear a mask if you are outside and not near another person, but if you are near others or go inside you must wear your mask. You must still carry your mask anyway. We are getting there!!
