25.01.2022 Just one more night's sleep until the long awaited Selective Exam !! The team at Kirribilli Tutors wish our students the best of luck, they have all been preparing so hard and we are confident they will perform brilliantly !! A reminder for all students to hydrate, eat nutritiously and most importantly SLEEP EARLY to optimise their performance

19.01.2022 First week of the #HSC is completed, with our year 12 #students saying while the #English #exam was hard, they felt prepared and ready for the challenge! Next Monday is #maths 2U General and Advanced! We have also opened the #term with 2 additions to the furniture: 2 ball chairs (by Finnish designer Eero Aarnio) added to our reception area. Laced with sound absorbing foam all inside, the chairs are a room within a room! Great for meditation or some time out before and between lessons. Wishing or year 12s all the best with week 2 of the HSC!

04.01.2022 Thank you to our team for their amazing help during what has been a challenging and uncertain year. We have each grown and adapted in ways that were unexpected such as using Skype or Zoom! Whether you realise it or not, your help, dedication and unwavering resilience this year has kept my head above water. I have never been so proud of our team and it is a privilege everyday to work with such talented individuals. I am grateful to each and every one of you. From me to you - thank you! 03.01.2022 With the Coronavirus now officially declared as a pandemic by WHO, the health, safety and welfare of our students and staff has, and always will be, our upmost priorty. We are following NSW Health and Education Department guidelines regarding social distancing and now offer ONLINE TUITION via the platform SKYPE for students feeling unwell, self isolating or choosing to stay home. Q: What is SKYPE, and how does it all work? ... A: SKYPE is a video calling platform enabling tutors to conduct high quality audio and video lessons with their students. This can be performed at the comfort of the student's home, library, school - essentially anywhere with internet !! It's free to downloand on your laptop, or any electronic device. Q: Why did our team at Kirribilli Tutor decide to offer SKYPE service? A: The Coronavirus, or "COVID-19" is transmissible through human to human contact and airborne transmission. With an increasing numebr of schools shutting down, SKYPE enables the same, personalised one on one tutoring for students at the comfort of their homes (the best way to prevent infection is to avoid being exposed to the virus).
