23.01.2022 Fresh tri-colour homemade pasta. Yum! Made with homegrown eggs and spinach. The orange one is a tomato version. Dough made in the Thermomix from The Basic Cookbook. Was a great way to slow life down for a moment and connect with the family to make together. Kids loved using the pasta machine to roll and cut into shape. #thermomix #adelaidehills
