19.01.2022 Just a quick update .. young cherry festival is forecasting 50 mm + rain tomorrow..as garlic can not get wet/ damp.. and our tent will not withstand that sort of rain....we will not be able to go to the Saturday market.. but will be at the Sunday market as planed... as the forecast is a lot better..sorry ,hope to see you all on Sunday... kirsha garlic
19.01.2022 One of the small garlic plants showing segmentation , good wrapper formation (outer protective skin). Bulbs should rapidly grow from now on...should double in size over the next 4 weeks .?! Hope to see everyone soon.

19.01.2022 The same bulbs. Right photo is when it first came out of the ground, left is just over a week out. Amazing colour change as the bulb starts it drying process & sucks the nutrients out of the leaves & roots. (No photo enhancement have been used)
