13.01.2022 Wonderful Tree initiative. I would like to see information about Biophilia and the profound health, vitality, intelligence level increase that comes from breathing in Forest Air. Forest Bathing is what the Japanese call it. 4 hours in a forest has 5 days of benefits to ones health and vitality. Tree's are magical! Much scientific evidence is being realised to support this. Not just for our Global Climate, but for our personal wellbeing. One person at a time can benefit and also make a difference. One Tree planted at a time. In the meantime, Bamboo is a fast growing 'grass' and within 7 years has benefits of a 100 year old hardwood tree. Plant bamboo too!
