06.01.2022 Day 15 #Liptember This was a pic of me at an amazing Make-up training day last year. I also remember being a little overwhelmed among some SuperStar Women. My anxiety was super Amped up, my nervous energy was overflowing and I was a bit of an emotional wreck. I shouldn't have been because the Women I spent the day with were just amazing, patient, Wonderful, generous humans. Being with the Women that day was what actually ended up being my favourite part of the day...isn't i...t interesting how our brains and lived experiences can impact us like that?
