20.01.2022 How do you juggle working from home? My best advice is do the top 3 most important things first! School holidays are tough ... I had so much work today setting up so many new team members to kick start their businesses. It’s important and they needed it done. (I am quite proud of learning how to do this, as you may know computers are not my strong point!) And Miss Nixon had been asking all morning to make gingerbread men! 18.01.2022 Today is day 1 for so many of you. And me as well! New year, new goals! So here is some healthy dinner Insp the whole family will like. ... It doesn’t have to be boring to be healthy. Our program is full of hundreds of healthy recipe options. Just drop an and I will send you more info. SLOW COOKER CHICKEN TERIYAKI... Ingredients: 1kg chicken breast, chopped into bite size pieces 3/4 cup tamari soy sauce 1/4 cup vinegar 1 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 cup warm water 1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped Directions: 1. Place chopped chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker. 2. Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger. Pour over chicken. 3. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours. 4. Remove chicken. While slow cooker is still warm (or left on the warm setting if yours has one), slowly add the water in the slow cooker and mix. 5. Return chicken to slow cooker and stir to coat in sauce. Serve over rice cauliflower with freshly chopped green onion on top. Enjoy! Any stage.
