01.01.2022 To all my clients and future clients.... There have been some changes with my rates. My hourly rate is now at $30 p/h with a minimum of 2 hours of general cleaning. (Price may change in coming weeks) My rates have not changed for end of lease/vacate cleans. That still sits at $250 start price with possible additional costs on inspection. ... Like and share!
