25.01.2022 NEW DIGS // A very exciting day for myself and the PPC team. We just got the keys to our new premises and fitout begins tomorrow. 16+ years in private practice and we’ll finally have our own place. I’m excited and freaking all at the same time. Meanwhile the team are choosing their furniture with much abandon.
19.01.2022 DIGITAL DOORKNOCK // So many of you won’t know that I was raised a Salvo. And while you can take the girl outta the Salvo’s, you can’t take the Salvo outta the girl. One of the most important gifts from this experience was a desire to do what I could for others. Some are visible, others not. Either way, it’s always been important to give. 17.01.2022 SO LONG // Heading home early due to the cyclone but it’s ok ... as with all our prior trips to CB we already booked for 2 years time. Talk about planning! Not sure which kids will be with me. They’ll be 22, 19, 16 (nearly 17) and 15 by then. At least the youngest two. I’ve been so lucky to have all 4 kids with me. The man-child (who doesn’t live at home anymore) even graced us with his presence. We’ve had a great time with the Kennett family @stepstobizsuccess and I am so grateful for all the help they give me. Making this kinda trip (camper trailer, long long drive, 2 weeks away, what feels like a gazillion kids) as a single mum is possible because of their support and encouragement. What often feels like too much planning, organisation, effort and stress for one woman on her own, becomes doable knowing they’ve got my back.

We are looking for a friendly, confident and organised person who recognises the importance of mental health and is committed to supporting our clinical team and our client community. Perth Psychology Collective has provided psychology services to clients for over 16 years and has seen quite pheno...menal growth in the past 4 years. We continue to evolve not only in response to the ever growing demand for our services but also to support the interests and professional growth of EVERYONE in our team, including our Administration Team. The people that make Perth Psychology Collective have a great blend of professionalism and humour and are focused on supporting the mental health of our community as well as one another. We enjoy the uniqueness of each team member and collectively have a strong and positive practice culture. Our team and our clients ARE our practice. While there are a number of exciting ‘type-of-service’-based projects scheduled for 2021, our overarching focus for this coming year is to refine our way of ‘doing business’ to be a practice of excellence (even though this never ends). The Role We are offering a part-time Practice Administrator position which involves working within a team consisting of their ‘job-share’ counterpart and our Senior Practice Administrator, who collectively provide a high quality service for our child, adolescent and adult clients. The Practice Administrators have a significant impact on the client’s experience of the practice itself. 11.01.2022 We are very excited to partner up with @thegoodchatfoundation to offer @yoga.for.mental.health to adolescents in our community courtesy of the grant they won from St John of God Midland. We are very lucky ducks.
