16.01.2022 I adore Blueberries. I eat them most mornings with breakfast and they are great as a snack with some nuts and seeds in the afternoon. I am so lucky that a client gifted me with two blueberry bushes last year and they have just started fruiting. They are low in calories but high on deliciousness so great for a sweet treat. High in antioxidants, meaning they protect our DNA, protect our cells from damage and can decrease inflammation. 14.01.2022 How good has this cool weather been. It has meant that we had been craving a bit of soup in our house. I have one doing a low Carb diet at the moment so this (minus the toast) was a great filling meal as it was thick and creamy. If you do not want it as thick add more stock or some water. Also, I am so in love with the Tinderbox herbs I picked up on the school holidays from my favorite little place in Balingup. I've been adding them to everything!
