25.01.2022 Reuniting with this babe on Sunday for a photoshoot. I haven’t put make up on and got dressed up for a shoot in ages! I’m excited but also so nervous because I have been stuffing my face with food and trying to grow these muscle of mine for comp and my body has changed so much since this last shoot eeekk! 23.01.2022 Just like that another 6 weeks comes to an end and the Spring challenge is starting up on the 19th yeowww!!! Big week end with the ladies finishing off tomorrow with measurements and conquering a 1000 rep challenge then Sunday a few of us will be shooting some sweet pics I’ll be taking next week off from classes and spending time with my little man in the evenings which I am excited about!! It can be challenging at times trying to run a business and be that role model for your child. I definitely am still working on balancing it all out but love each step of the way! Bring on the week end. . . Yep that also means fake tan round #2 for those that missed my snaps last time I went green and blotchy this is why I tan in coconut oil in summer and hibernate in winter Hahaha

18.01.2022 I DID IT! I ACHIEVED MY GOAL! And darn it feels so good! I went in this not expecting anything and to just enjoy myself because stepping on stage already was going to achieve my goal....and ended up placing in all of my divisions I had signed up for I almost bursted into tears when I came first for Mummas, that one was for you my baby boy! Mumma loves you so much and I want you to know that you can achieve anything you set your mind to! Thank you to everyone who has been a...part of this journey of mine the past 3 months. My coaches @tuffteam , my family, my amazing big sis @laekkathleen (apparently we sisters now, I am okay with that haha), my friends, my clients, the amazing humans I have met along the way and now have a great friendship with. There are a variety of reasons why you don’t feel sore anymore; 1. Your body is adapting 2. You are getting enough sleep 3. You are stretching 4. You are fuelling your body properly

With confidence you can become whoever you want to be, you can do whatever you want to do, you can become a better version of yourself every single day and you can conquer those barriers. You have to start believing in yourself. I can’t stress this enough especially being a coach!!!!
