23.01.2022 In November, we are holding trials for Development League teams, in readiness for the 2021 Winter season. Development League teams are for young players who want to play at the top levels of community football. Teams train twice a week with a professional coach. There will be trials for the following teams: . SAP/DEV - Mixed U8, 9, 10 and 11 . Diamond League - Girls G12, 14, 16 and 18... . Super League - Mixed U12 and U13. All players in these age groups are encouraged to sign up for the trials. Players who have not played with Kisso before are very welcome. The trials are free, and it's a good opportunity to meet our friendly organisers and find out more about development pathways. Players who prefer to join a Community team do not need to attend these trials, and are invited to register in January. For details, and to sign up, visit http://kpfc.asn.au/november-trials/

22.01.2022 Our partnership with TUFC will continue in 2021, with Diamond League teams for G12, 14, 16 and 18, and a dev team for G12. Girls who want to play Diamond League must attend the trials. For all the details, and to sign up for trials, visit http://kpfc.asn.au/november-trials/ Note that Diamond League and Dev teams are for development-focussed girls keen to play at the top levels of football, with training twice a week. Those who prefer to play with a Community team need not attend the trials, and should instead register in January.

22.01.2022 How would you rate a T-Rex’s chances as a goalie? Or at taking throw-ins? Our U6 Cobras coaches gave it a try at training this week.

19.01.2022 Way to go! Our MAA2 guys slogged it out in the rain against TUFC to round out their fantastic season. Ressies finishing 2-1 and Firsts 2-3. More news and pics to come. We’re so proud of these champions.

19.01.2022 ROUND 14! For many families, getting out on the weekend with Kisso mates has been a joyful experience in an otherwise tricky year. Please share how the season has been for you.

19.01.2022 It was SUPER SATURDAY at Auluba yesterday, with Kisso notching up 5 wins from 5 games. First up, a big victory for U12B over North Sydney. Kudos to coach Andrew for a great job this season. Next, our U12 Super League boys defeated Hornsby Heights. The team is hitting some great form with a recent win against Mongo FC and a narrow loss to the ladder leaders last week. ... Then our U18 Super League boys had a fantastic, hard fought win against Northbridge FC. Two well taken goals, finishing all over their opponents. MAA2 Reserves had a tough one, pulling off a 2-1 win over Lindfield to take the streak to 7 in a row. They now sit 2nd on the table. Finally, MAA2 First Grade - a very well deserved 3-0 win over Lindfield to get back on track after a midweek draw. They now sit 3rd on the table. And a MASSIVE shout out to the Eagling family, with all 3 brothers involved on Saturday - Cooper (U12A), Mitch (U18A) and Nicholas (MAA2). Gotta love that.

17.01.2022 ROUND 12. Only two to go after this weekend folks. If you'd like to tell us how your team is travelling, we are all ears. Please comment below. If your report is about an U6-U11 match, we can't publish scores.

17.01.2022 CONGRATS Coach Izzy! Izzy Folletta was a fantastic asset to our coaching team this year, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to our U9 and U10 SAP teams. Izzy is also a Northern Tigers FC player and has JUST SIGNED for Canberra United in the W-League! We wish you the best of luck Izzy - your Kisso fans will be cheering you on.

16.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS to our MAA2 squad on a truly phenomenal season. Club Championship winners! Awarded by NSFA to the squad with the highest points total over both grades. Promoted back to Premier League for 2021 Ressies - unbeaten run of 14 games (finishing 2nd overall) Firsts - unbeaten run of 10 games (also finishing 2nd)... After their last match, coach Sam Wheatley commended the guys on a highly enjoyable season, and for their consistent display of determined, Kisso spirit. Coach Luke Dawson congratulated every individual for playing their part, having each other’s backs and playing hard up to the final whistle. He also pointed to that determination as a major success factor. Ressies captain, Phil Watson (former FFA employee) called attention to Sam and Luke’s High class coaching standard, on par with coaching techniques employed by A-league clubs and FFA national teams. Multiple players talked about the special vibe at Kisso, likening the club and squad to a family. It's clear that anyone who plays here finds a home.

16.01.2022 WATCH two minutes of awesome football by our MAA2 Ressies.

14.01.2022 Trials get underway this weekend. Sign up now if your player wants to try out for a development league team. Details here http://kpfc.asn.au/november-trials/

13.01.2022 Miniroos and Junior players - please return your shirt to your manager after your last game. If you’re away on the long weekend, your last game might be this weekend. Managers need all shirts back before 10 October. Managers - please return all kit (including washed shirts) on 10 October between 9 and 11. If you’re unable to make this time, please delegate.

12.01.2022 Positive football for "everyone" means having options for development-focussed players who take their football seriously. For junior girls, Diamond League is where it's at. In 2020, we collaborated with Turramurra United. Read more here https://nsfa.asn.au//joint-venture-success-in-diamond-lea/

09.01.2022 Each year, the club awards three perpetual trophies - for a team, an individual and a coach. Club Spirit - Team. A team that has bonded under tough circumstances or improved through the season or has contributed to the club. Ray & Di Brown Perpetual Trophy - Friend of The Club - Someone who volunteers for the club on a regular basis and is often behind the scenes.... Rod Woods Memorial Trophy - Coach of the Season - A coach who has made a real difference either over a year or several to a team. If there is a team or individual you believe fits the criteria, email your nomination(s) and reasons by 28 September to [email protected]. Thank you to those who have already sent through nominations.

09.01.2022 Girls who are keen to play at the top levels of community football are invited to sign up for Diamond League trials in November. For all the details, visit http://kpfc.asn.au/november-trials/

08.01.2022 Congrats to our very deserving Club Award winners! Friend of the club - Jeremy Tucker Jeremy is a highly respected and dedicated volunteer, having worked for several years as our VP Junior Comp and U18 coach. He also has various committee responsibilities including facilities. This award acknowledges Jeremy’s fair and positive approach, and his unwavering commitment to the players and families in his care. Jeremy frequently goes above and beyond, working behind the scenes ...to help the club, including liaising with council, running G6 games on Sundays and supporting our players. Club Spirit Award - W35A This award goes to a team that has bonded under tough circumstances, significantly improved through the season or has contributed to the club. W35A have worked extremely hard all season and narrowly missed out on the top spot in their division. As a team they have come together, with players stepping up time and again to play positions vacated by injury. They have supported each other in many ways. Both on and off the field players have exhibited ‘Kisso Spirit’ in abundance - always going the extra mile. Coach of the Year - We are acknowledging THREE of our fantastic coaches. Gregory Chavez currently coaches U16 and has given many diligent years of service to the club as a coach. He is known for his passionate, enthusiastic and highly motivating coaching style, and his ability to bring out the best in all players. Matt Brown is our U8 Dev coach and also coaches U12A. He is to be commended for the great rapport he has with his players, his supportive and encouraging coaching style, and his ability to motivate his teams. Brad Morgan coaches our U12 Super League team and is also our Club Coach Coordinator - Juniors. Over the course of several years as a coach, he has demonstrated a highly professional approach. He encourages fair play and respect at all times, and is always positive, encouraging and engaging. Thank you to everyone who submitted nominations, and to all our amazing teams and volunteers for your efforts this year.

07.01.2022 Some of our Kisso kit is getting a second life in a very different setting, over in Dakar, Senegal. We wish these players all the best with their football endeavours. Looking awesome guys!

04.01.2022 Thank you to Ku-ring-gai & District Football Referees Association for donating a defibrillator to our club. A vital piece of life-saving equipment. Very much appreciated. The funds for the defib were raised by KDFRA members who donated a weekend of their officiating fees, in memory of KDFRA member Charles Tiedt who passed away in 2016. And while we’re here, sincere thanks to all the hardworking KDFRA refs for officiating our games this season. We’re very grateful to you.... Pictured is KDFRA President Alan Woods and KDFRA Secretary Adrian Stark handing over the defibs to our President, Andrew Frost and Northern Suburbs Football Association President, Ed Ferguson.

03.01.2022 THE BEST NEWS! Yesterday our AA2 squad had two more wins ... which guarantees their promotion back to Premier League for 2021! The boys have had an extremely good run over the last 10 games, achieving their goal of promotion with one game to spare. The Club Championship title is within reach with a win from either reserve grade or first grade to clinch it. First Grade head into the last round with a chance to secure their own title with a win. Something that seemed very dis...tant 10 weeks ago. We are proud of the heart the boys have shown this year after the disappointment of last year and the disrupted season. Coming up - One last game this Saturday against Turramurra United. Stand by for details.

03.01.2022 NSW Health and NSFA have lifted the restriction on spectators. It is now OK for more than one spectator per participant to attend matches. NSFA hopes this will allow parents to watch their children play sport. This is not an invitation for large crowds.

02.01.2022 Major announcement! We are embarking on a project to paint all the grass at Auluba in Kisso colours. That’s the entire grassed area in red, blue and white stripes! Council has marked out the stripes and the next step is to apply the paint. It’s going to be pretty radical. Totally kidding - thanks to Council, there is sand grooving happening at Auluba just now, which means cutting slits in the grass then filling with sand. The process will help significantly with drainage, and will make our beautiful home ground even more fantastic.

01.01.2022 GOOD LUCK to our teams at (or near) the tops of their tables this weekend! M45Div4R will shape up against Gordon Saturday 1pm at Comenarra. All the best guys! W35Div2 are just one point behind Lindfield. We are all with you ladies as you shoot for that critical win on Sunday.... WAADiv4 have it IN THE BAG with one game to go on Sunday. Congrats on your PREMIERSHIP WINNING season! U18Div4 are at the top of their table! Brilliant job guys! Good luck to ALL our teams this weekend! You've done us proud and we wish you all the best.
