The line up was Bao Kits from @mrchansofficial ,Sushi Bake from @kitchenatpoynting and dessert which consisted of a Basque Cheesecake and Brownies to finish off from @the.littlebakers with a little homemade dark chocolate dipped strawberries Bao Kit (SIZE) = $95 - This it something I definitely would order again without a doubt. Both the slow cooked and roasted pork belly we...re cooked to perfection and the baos themselves were fluffy so fluffy I could sleep on them. Sushi Bake (SIZE) = $60 - I've never heard of or tried a sushi bake before until I stumbled upon it while mindlessly scrolling through my feed. I can definitely say it was an unique experience and everyone should try it at least once. 21.01.2022 Repost from @sydneyfoodboy It's getting way too creative out here in Sydney! With the awesome sushi bakes popping up, @kitchenatpoynting have come up with a Korean-style version. The samgyup bake has beef, egg strips and cheese sauce over a bed of kimchi fried rice, eaten taco-style with seaweed. As soon as I opened the tray and had a whiff (it smelt amazing!), I knew I had to turn this bad boy up. Ran to the supermarket to get some lettuce and some extra ssamjang paste to ...load on. And turned it up, I did . Eat it both ways, with seaweed, and wrapped in lettuce a la KBBQ - you'll get the best of both worlds. Thanks for sending this one over guys! @kitchenatpoynting P.S. This would go absolutely crazy with BBQ ox tongue on top limited edition release?

12.01.2022 Repost from @evieeatsandboba Been seeing ‘Sushi Bake’ pop up on my feed lately and needed to check out the craze! I ordered a DUO sushi bake from @kitchenatpoynting & got it delivered! Large Duo: Creamy Salmon Kani & Chicken Teriyaki 9/10... Price: $60 + $5 for delivery! -The tray was super big as it was recommended for 8-10 people but i reckon it would be a super filling and satisfying feed for 5 people! The creamy salmon was my favourite as it was super cheesy & savoury. The mini salmon bits, large serving of rice and creamy mayonnaise just pulled together the Salmon Kani so perfectly! The chicken teriyaki side was also irresistible I loved the addition of panko crumbs which gave the sushi bake that extra crunch factor! The chicken pieces were quite subtle but super tender. Both flavours were super creamy, in which the seaweed sheets accompanied them so well. I definitely need to order again & try their spicy option Also thank you guys so much for 1k!! I never would’ve thought i’d reach this milestone when i first started off just for fun. I purely enjoy posting my feeds & so grateful for your appreciation!! Our first time trying sushi bake from @kitchenatpoynting was BOMB ASF we definitely had to order it again. The chicken teriyaki is just jam packed with flavour and every bite is just an explosion in your mouth The creamy salmon kani was DELICIOUSSSS so creamy, so saucy and definitely so addictive. It is made up of rice and topped with ingredients such as meats, cheeses, sauces and breadcrumbs! The sushi bake i had was topped with fish roe, mayonnaise, cheese, salmon, imitation crab and seaweed paper! Whilst the teryaki chicken one included lots of breadcrumbs, garnish and teryaki sauce! I love the idea of this dish as it turns and already delicious dish (sushi) into something super hearty and comforting ! Every bite was FILLED with flavour and tastiness and it tasted amazing when paired with the seaweed paper ! I recommend sharing this bake with 4-6 people as it was SUPER FILLING!
