22.01.2022 This is a renovation we have just completed in Craigie Perth. We organised the building work (removal of brick walls etc) new timber vinyl flooring, new appliances, new kitchen with stone bench tops and soft closing drawer runners, plumbing, electrical, ducting of range hood & including tiled splash backs.

22.01.2022 A beautiful kitchen renovation completed in Ballajura for Rolanda & Scott (A lovely couple!) I went back to take photos and to catch up and even I was surprised at what a difference the new kitchen made to the house. The new flooring we installed at the same time looked like it matched the décor just right.

21.01.2022 A larger renovation project has now been completed for Jeff and Jie in Dianella (who were absolutely wonderful to work with) We completed full Renovations to the kitchen, bathroom, wardrobes, powder room and supplied and laid most of the house in a 600 x 600 Rectified tile using the latest levelling systems.

15.01.2022 Our Latest Google Review for a Kitchen, Laundry, Bathroom, and Flooring renovation we did before Christmas 2020 (and my response following) Our journey with Ian began in March 2020 when we were getting quotes for kitchen, laundry, and bathroom Renos for my mother who now lives with us. Ian’s passion was exceptional from the start. A very thorough and detailed inspection of the property (the best we had seen from anyone we had spoken to). Quotes were sent out very quickly and... efficiently. Unfortunately, due to having to wait for the super release and Covid issues, we couldn’t engage the services until November. Now, this is where it’s completely amazing, we met with Ian, looked at the amazing 3D drawings and picked out all the items e.g., tiles, flooring, tap ware etc. Ian said a 3-week window, which would take us up to completion around the second week of December. My wife and I at the time thought there would be zero chance of this happening due to Christmas and again the back log of all trade jobs due to the pandemic. Ian emailed us the trade schedule with the names of the tradies, the day they would be there and the jobs they would be completing. The tilers, builder, sparkies, plumbers, cabinet makers and flooring team did an amazing top notch job, called the night before to advise when they would be there, all of these guys were so friendly and advised us every step of the way what they were doing. The home now looks amazing and my Mum can live out her days cooking which she loves and having some form of independence showering and toilet etc. I have already recommended some colleagues to call Ian as they are looking at getting renos done. Oh, and finally true to his word, the job was actually completed 2 days before it was supposed to be. Could seriously not recommend Kitchens Perth more highly and any future renovations we will ever look at doing will be done through Ian and his team. Thanks again guys.
