23.01.2022 Happy Sunday. We picked some veggies this morning & then headed to the Springfield Markets at Robelle. I always find Robelle Parklands very relaxing, loved sitting & listening to the music this morning after we checked out the stalls. Loved not working on a Sunday too P.S. We are closed tomorrow for the public holiday.

18.01.2022 Our Organic Colombian Coffee is going to be a week or 2 later than expected Plumbings done, bench is in, coffee machine, grinder & the all important coffee arrives Monday, it's all going fairly to plan I'll update next Thursday with where we're at, fingers crossed for the 8th December The first 3 photos are from some Barista training to update our skills, never stop learning.

16.01.2022 A tip for hayfever sufferers. Sunday I put my face mask on after a friend suggested it & mulched 1 of my fruit tree guilds after planting some rocket in it It's the first time in years I've used mulch & not even got a sniffle, so happy. Last weekend after gardening I was quite sick for 2 days, so from now on you will see me in the garden with my cute Koala mask on If your wondering - A fruit tree guild is a mini ecosystem. I plant things that fertilize, repel pests, attra...ct beneficial insects, create mulch & more around each fruit tree, once established it shouldn't need to be mulched & will provide everything my fruit trees need to be healthy This is a dwarf mandarin tree & I have cosmos, thyme, lavender, rocket, chives, dill borage, chamomile & will add garlic shortly in my guild. 14.01.2022 Thanks to all the lovely people that came out in the wind & visited us at Brisbane Markets & our shop at 81 Brisbane Street, Ipswich today. We had a great day, but welcomed getting home to a hot coffee. This afternoon my technical assistant & I headed to the shop & started prepping for the release of our handmade toilet cleaners on Monday. Actually, my technical assistant dribbled a lot on the floor & slept under the table a bit #dogsatwork #naturalcleaningproducts #imadeit #cattledogsrock
