25.01.2022 We are thrilled to announce that our brand new Witchcliffe project is underway! After 6 months in the making, the design plans are finalised, the council approvals are sorted and we’re all set to build this beautiful new home! First step - getting the concrete slab down. We can’t wait to show you the progress on this one - stay tuned!

25.01.2022 Kevin and Veronica needed a custom designed granny-flat with an open plan to suit their stunning coastal location. We worked with them to make their dream home come to life - the result was a beautiful timber framed, energy-efficient stumped home featuring large windows and doors to make the most of the south-west sea breeze. We have been living in our granny flat (beach cottage) built by Kitco Builders for two months now and we absolutely love it! The feel, space, quality e...very part of it does not feel like a granny flat at all. Kitco have been the ideal builders, always professional, flexible and responsive to my requests throughout the build and afterwards. From our initial meeting with Dave the owner, our interactions with Ben overseeing our build and Sam on the ground every interaction has been positive. It has been a privilege working with you both on your new home journey!

The large alfresco and verandahs provide a great space for outdoor entertaining, while the interior has been finished with high quality, modern finishes. 19.01.2022 It’s all coming together! This stunning new home is based on our Leichardt design. Our Northam based clients customised the floor plan, adding a balcony and a master bedroom with ensuite upstairs to create the perfect layout for their family! This huge home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as 2.4-meter-wide verandahs on both sides. Set on a large block in Northam, our team has loved being out in the country to bring this stunning build to life!

This home featured an Undercroft Garage, Laundry and Store area, while the main residence was built above on a suspended floor system, utilising the steep sloping block and minimising costly site works. 01.01.2022 Had the pleasure of building a Granny Flat in Margaret River recently, the owners took one of our designs and tweaked it to make it their own! It includes raking ceilings, a lined carport and Scyon Axon sheet cladding. Were also coming to the end of a job located in Mount Hill, a high wind and bushfire rated area. The owners also customised one of our designs to include a wrap around verandah, more pics to come as progress continues..
