25.01.2022 Another successful panel replacement in a 7 m Neil pryde sail at kite fix we specialise in all kitesurfing repairs but can also manage heavy canvas plastic welding and windsurfing sails

23.01.2022 Well it's official my first wing repair

22.01.2022 Today was the end of the month and the end of my month long challenge I committed myself too. to see how far I could push myself and how far I had come in the last 12 months of recovery it was definitely a challenge and I'm not sure if I will attempt it in the near future as I am now completely lying flat on the lounge chair and not able to move but have a smile on my face as big as the ocean I have just covered in one calendar month I have covered 803 kilometres on the foil board and finish today at 5:30 with a 4 hour session covering just over 68 k' thank you Kat for being my wing woman and motivating me to finish what I had started it was an absolutely exhausting event but so please to say mission accomplished.

21.01.2022 Up for sale is my beloved slingshot kite foil setup I have had this setup for 3 years and have used it from zero to 30 knots on flat water and in the waves comes with everything in the photos this is an awesome set up great condition no damage or repairs can post interstate if necessary $750

19.01.2022 Mr John day prepare to be happy this has been the greatest challenge you have offered me but as Lazarus came back from the dead so to did your much beloved elevate 14 not only did I replace a full panel out of the leading edge I also managed to resurrect the leading edge bladder with some fancy plastic welding it has now been pressure tested for 3 hours so ready to pick up when you're going past

19.01.2022 Just checking out a new app editing some GoPro footage from a Sunday session of foiling in Broome town beach it's a tough job but somebody has to do it

19.01.2022 I finally found a use for old kites extra large compression bags when you use kites as much as I do rolling them up everyday becomes a pain so now I can leave all the struts up and just put it away in the bag to protect it against wear and tear

19.01.2022 Must have product for fixing holes in boards instantly sets hard in 15 minutes any of the epoxy boards these days will absorb water instantly so they need to be plugged this will also be strong enough to reset footstrap plugs that have pulled out limited quantity $5 each can be used on both windsurfer's and kiteboards

18.01.2022 Another satisfied customer back on the water with a strut and bladder repair normally 24-hour turn-around plastic welder bladder with the strut lined on the inside and outside then stitched 5 times with triple stitching then pressure tested for four hours all work is guaranteed

15.01.2022 For all the time I spend out on the water I have decided to try out some of the new hard shell harnesses I have a ride engine and also a dakine c1 I have not used any hard shell harnesses before but after trying them on I can't believe the support and comfort in your lower back region the right engine has a fixed hook and that the dakine which is my favourite has a full slider I tried at least three other brands of sliding hook and found the Dakine best suited me the other sliding hooks I used were rope ones and found that they over rotated too quickly but I guess that's something you could get used to overtime but the dakine have a bit of friction on them which suited me the best, anyway more f a review once I tried them both out, has anybody used hard shell harnesses keen to hear your thought's

08.01.2022 The end result of seized bolts in the foils it doesn't matter how many bolts you can get out it's matters how many you can't get out all of this could have been solved bye releasing the tension on the screws when not in use and also applying tefgel a $15 tube makes this problem disappear happy foiling everybody see you on the water
