14.01.2022 Looking for something to bake this World Baking Day? Why not try this delicious Chocolate Mousse Cake with KITKAT & raspberries! Ingredients: 200g NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Dark Choc Bits 8 eggs... 120g sugar 120g all-purpose flour 200g raspberries (fresh or frozen) Your favourite KITKAT block Method: 1) Preheat the oven to 180C. 2) Whisk 4 eggs with sugar for 5 minutes. 3) Add the flour and pour the mixture gently into a buttered and floured cake pan. Sprinkle with raspberries and press them in gently. 4) Cook for 30 minutes. Let cool and remove the cake from the pan. 5) Prepare the chocolate mousse; separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisks the whites until stiff. 6) Melt the chocolate squares in the microwave for 2 minutes at 500 W. Add the yolks, mix, then gently add the whisked egg whites. 7) Wrap the cake in a pastry ring and pour the mousse over it. 8) Refrigerate for 2 hours before removing the ring. 9) Cut the KITKAT fingers in two. Encircle the cake with the KITKAT fingers and hold them with a ribbon. Serves 10. Enjoy!
