24.01.2022 Kitsunei's 'Kitsi' - "Good Design Gold Award Winner 2019" I am happy to announce that Kitsunei's 'Kitsi' Innovation Platform took out Gold at the Good Design Awards on Thursday night. Kitsunei's massive transformational purpose is to have every child from 7 to 17 engaged in innovation, design thinking and considering problem-solving as 'What I do'. We want to see every child exclaiming "I can". ... Helping teachers will be our bit, join us.

24.01.2022 Off to the QEST Science Technicians Conference tomorrow. Looking forward to showing delegates how Kitsi blocks can rock for their teachers.

23.01.2022 Wouldn’t it be great if my year 9 STEM class were able to do things that the Yr 12 Mechatronics class could do?

22.01.2022 This is an enlightening video explainer that tackles the often misunderstood concept of "Integrated STEM" education. I have worked closely with Joe in trying to communicate greater understanding to our Queensland teachers of STEM. Joe and I have explored how Kitsi Blocks can help teachers better understand STEM education.

18.01.2022 This is a neat exercise where the accelerometer can be studied in real life it has applications in the sciences and mathematics Yr 5 to Yr 10. It is important pedagogies are deployed that engage the child in both doing and relating to the everyday,

11.01.2022 Learn how to build your own electric car decorated as a Ladybug using the Kitsi Blocks.

10.01.2022 The Kitsunei Maker Platform often shows off with robotic snakes (yep a snake) or mini float or a transformer car and they are all very impressive builds especially in the hands of creatives (all children). The Platform can do so much more. Here's an example water detecting device that utilises the Kitsunei Creator (Computational Logic Maker) for the programming, a combination of Kitsi blocks including the extra special breadboard block that can connect hundreds of sensor types. In this case a water moisture sensor. Enjoy this video creation from non-other than the 15-year-old GenSTEM team of Tiarna, Abbie and Owen. #STEMeducation #STEMforkids #stemlearning #stemgirls #climatechange

09.01.2022 Received a wonderful review of Kitsi Blocks from Lockyer District High School teacher Dr Joel Goode. "As a teacher from Lockyer District High School I have found the Kitsunei blocks an invaluable tool for expanding the capability of the students. The blocks are suitable for a wide range of grades and have the flexibility that they can be utilised all the way up grade 12. The blocks and kits are really easy to use making the most of plug and play technology and are upgraded p...eriodically to improve and problems with the existing platform. The programming is simple and straightforward and the students really enjoy the endless possibilities of real world problems that can be solved using the Kitsunei platform. You can make Kitsunei as simple or as complex as you want depending on the level of learners that you have. Overall a brilliant STEM resource that is highly recommended."
