18.01.2022 Supersoft Walnut n Banana Bread :) Ingredients: 2 1/2 cup plain flour 1/2 cup caster sugar... 1tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter 4 big fully ripe bananas smashed crushed walnuts to garnish Procedure: Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees celcius. Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then gently fold in the banana mixture in the flour mixture to form a batter. Spray a loaf tin with cooking spray and pour in the batter. Give it a gentle tap to settle the batter and sprinkle over some crushed walnuts. Bake it for 45mins. Check with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's done. Allow it to cool for 15-20mins and then cut into slices. Tastes yum when warm as well as cold. Enjoy!!!
