Acquired Via: Auction Time to Acquisition: 36 hours Client savings after our fee: 200-250k Not everyone feels confident at auction and our investor buyer clients decided they would be inclined to "chase the auction" and spend way too much on their desired investment property. Further, they weren't sure how much the desired property was worth or exactly how much they should pay. Our goal was to acquire the desired property at the best price possible and to ensure our clients were comfortable and stress-free in the process. 12.01.2022 Work hard but don’t forget to play. When building your own business it’s important to stay focused, dedicated and to work hard. Of course when you want something bad enough you’ll work hard and sometimes it can cause you to work too much. I still have to convince myself sometimes that it’s okay to take a day to yourself or go hangout with your friends, we are human after all.... If you’re constantly working and never giving yourself a break, you’ll eventually burn out. You will also find working towards your dreams less appealing, it can even cause you to want to give up on your dreams entirely (we sure as hell don’t want that). I just wanted to share this post today simply to remind you all that a balanced life is a happy life. Most people struggle to have a balanced life, it can be pretty hard at times (trust me I know) but definitely still obtainable. So get your skates on and go play! KP x
