05.01.2022 A long time ago I studied a diploma in transpersonal art therapy and lately with all the energies and the requirement to be at home one of it’s healing techniques has been helpful for me. So here’s what I do and maybe it will help someone feel a little clearer, a little heard, a little relief as it has done for me, as it brings what is inside to the outside. So start with any art materials you’ve got and go into your heart space, your body, turn off your judgement mind it’s ...not art to be sold, it’s art to release and be witnessed as an inquiry to what is inside. Take 3 big deep breaths And begin anywhere not to be pretty ( but it can if you feel that) not to be perfect or realistic just what comes.
