25.01.2022 Its funny, the information that comes to you when you are open to it. I was only discussing with a client this morning the correlation of healing and forgiveness. Our bodies are a collection of matter that allows our soul/spirit to have a human experience interacting with this amazing planet and other amazing souls having their human experience. Through our upbringing, choices and experiences, we develop belief and value systems that can have a DIRECT positive or negativ...e effect on our health, depending on how we have perceived our experience as either positive or negative. Take 5 minutes to do an internal audit, what recent experience have you had, how have you experienced it and how do you feel when you think about it. If its a negative response try looking at it from a love perspective. That is, what are the positive learnings from that experience that will allow you to let go and move on toward a better life: If they were a positive experience, and you feel positive and energised from that experience, what was it that triggered those feelings of positivity ie LOVE??? Where there is LOVE negativity has no power. Imagine how different your life would be if you only saw LOVE in ALL situations?.. Powerful? What do you think?

04.01.2022 The whole Bonsoy debate... seriously?... While I don't drink soy as a whole at home, I do enjoy it in my cafe bevy every now and then and choose Bonsoy. I'm so OVER hearing "OMG, so glad we don't use that" and believing the class action settlement of $25million is for the current formulation. People are so quick to jump on the bandwagon and throw fire and brimstone.... The Class action was for the OLD formulation of BONSOY that included a certain type of kelp - Kumbo instead ...of salt, which was ALLEGED to be high in iodine. The product was recalled back in 2009, reformulated and now includes sea salt in its ingredients after the removal of kelp as a direct result of the recall. www.sbs.com.au writes today "The product's Australian distributor, Spiral Foods, said the naturally sourced iodine, via the Kombu product, was used by Bonsoy during 2004-09. The company voluntary recalled the product in late 2009 as a precaution, it said in a statement. "Bonsoy was reformulated after strenuous efforts to ensure the soy milk retained its creamy flavour while excluding Kombu as an ingredient," the statement said. "In keeping with Spiral Foods' commitment to quality, Bonsoy does not include any additives, oils or flavour enhancers and remains available for sale under the new reformulation." There were 500 people affected in the 2004-2009 period, by this product in which the class action has settled against.. Yet Coke is still on the shelves, sugar still sold by the packet and fast food giants are still expanding, which contribute to morbid obesity, diabetes, cancer and other debiltating diseases that affect over 1.4 BILLION people globally (wwwwho.int) and have similar impacts on their lives and the lives of their families that Ms Downie's testemony reported "robbed her of valuable time with her daughter in the first years of her life". "I knew someone was responsible for the damage and I made it my mission to hold someone accountable," she said... Where is the class action against Coca Cola, Winfeild? or even Govts for allowing it to be sold in school canteens for so many years?.. While I agree Bonsoy's PREVIOUS ingredients and nutritional paneling should have shown Idoine levels so people could have made choices themselves, this is OLD news, the product has since been reformulated and is safe (as soy goes) for human consumption.. Talk about scare mongering!!

03.01.2022 Go Nuts about Coconuts xoxoxo One thing I forgot to mention is ALLERGY factors. Botanically speaking, the coconut is a fibrous one-seeded drupe (a fleshy fruit with thin skin and a central stone containing the seed: a plum, cherry or olive) However when using loose definitions, the coconut can be all three: a fruit, a nut and a seed. It is not a Botanical Nut (much like peanuts) Allergies to coconut have been documented but are vary rare and most people who are allergic to... tree nuts can safely eat coconuts. (oh and something a little cheeky.. it makes a great lubricant, get your sexy ON!)
