19.01.2022 4 letters (RUOK) one sentence, can help make all the difference. I challenge you to take some time out of your life today and everyday from now, to reach out to someone you know is going through a rough patch, someone who you havent spoken to in a while, a family member or a lifelong friend and ask them, are you okay? We never know whats going on behind someones smile. So take the time to listen. Reaching out can make all the difference. Be caring, be kind.... I saw this song on Americas Got Talent being sung by 4 Army vets. You too can RISE from any and all adversities. :) https://youtu.be/qtnUYcL6Nhs
