22.01.2022 Kia ora Community, Does anyone know of any Maori singers that might are based in the Sunshine Coast or Mooloolaba area? And might be available late this week. Please Share or tag anyone who could help us out and get them to send us a DM. Thanks in advance

21.01.2022 Let's Hope that Jacinda Ardern can get some progress in getting Kiwis here some help and support.. We saw an article today that Backpackers, Students a some temporary working visa holders will be able to get help from Centrelink.... That might get the government looking at extending it to also give kiwis some support???? #uniteagainstcovind19 #bekind https://www.stuff.co.nz//coronavirus-prime-minister-says-s

07.01.2022 We've been getting a few messages about the latest with COVID-19 and what it means for Kiwis in NZ. We are not the right people to answer these questions for individuals and families and we have been directing people to the New Zealand High Commission Australia. In an effort to help kiwis stay informed we will share and re-post any other important posts and information as we see it and or as people ask us to pass it on to our community. Kia Kaha Stay safe, healthy and be kind

04.01.2022 BIG LOVE to all our Families and Friends back home as they prepare to go in to level 4 Lock down. Where you can reach out and keep in contact and check in on them be a virtual support mechanism from a far. It will play a vital role for our mental health and helping us all get through this pandemic. #KiaKaha #ThisTooShallPass https://www.stuff.co.nz//the-next-48-hours-what-happens-be

04.01.2022 Meri Kirihimete. We hope you had the chance to spend time with family and Friends today. We know many would have loved to be back home. We are grateful and very fortunate to be able to celebrate this time of year with no or limited restrictions in place. Thinking of all our family, friends and colleagues and especially those whose loved ones can’t be with them. Have fun and stay safe.

03.01.2022 We hope if any of our community have family and friends back in Christchurch you have heard from them and that they are all ok? We are feeling deeply saddened by the events of yesterday back home! Mainly because we never thought it could or would happen in our own backyard.. Massive condolences and prayers go out to the families and friends of those who lost loved ones (49 at current) and others injured and all effected by what unfolded and continues to do so in the aftermat...h of these tragic events. We didn't post yesterday as there was so much going on we were leaving it to other sources, were checking in with our own family who were very close to the events at the time and were simple lost for words. A huge effort in the positive for all and education of the next gen to replant the seeds of loving and caring for each other and fellow humans will be required by such events otherwise the seeds of hate and divide will only be fuelled and grow strong by such events. Also feeling for Christchurch as a whole given the events it has had to endure in recent times. And at time like this we can only use the words KIA KAHA to complete this post. Here is a link to stuff if you wish to see the latest https://www.stuff.co.nz//live-terror-attack-video-christch
