04.01.2022 Hi everyone! Hope you are doing well. Please make use of the Suburi chart attached to the email sent earlier. I (Chika) have been suburi-ing and kept track too! It says 10cuts/circle as default but feel free to increase the number! For me, it's 100cuts, at least.... Just keep in mind, though, it is not the number that counts, but how you pay attention to the basics is also important. Also it's important to keep going on and on...! There might be a prize for someone who did the most so please keep records what you have done and share with me. Let's be friendly with your shinai and keep active. Please stay safe and healthy! *This chart was provided by courtesy of my dear friend Yumiko Yasuda sensei and translated/modified by Chika
